Homework
Your child will bring their homework books home every Friday with some home learning tasks that will enable them to practice and consolidate key learning that they have done in school. Weekly your child will have:
- Maths practice to develop fluency
- Spelling practice and the opportunity to apply these words in sentences.
We would also advise that your child engages with reading at home to support their fluency.
All homework should be returned to the class teacher on a Wednesday morning to be marked. A homework club will run on a Thursday lunchtime for pupils who have not done their homework at home.
